Hello all, I sent a dispute to my Equifax affiliate, crrr. Received a letter back WITHIN A WEEKlater stating the following. The info you are questioning has been properly verified to be reported accurately etc. etc. I was advised this was a blow off letter to send another letter after 35 days demanding deletion. I did this CRRR requesting deletion within 15 days. The CRA has yet to delete or do anything regarding the trade-lines. It has been over a month. What should I do next? Do I have any ground to stand on? Thanks in advance!
