Well, The Collection Agency came back within FIVE days with complete proof that I owe them money! (They have my signature)... Is my next step settlement? Or should I try disputing with the CRA's first? Thanks!
You should have tried the CRA 1st. I would still try the CRA verification route. Are the figures correct on the validation? Do the figures match up with TU's amounts (if it's on TU)? TU will delete if the figures don't match. Charlie
A signature doesn't prove much.For example lots of people have my signature but it doesn't mean I owe them any money.
