I have been looking at the sample letters and assume that the only personal info one should put is your name address and signature...

Will that be enough info for the CA's to work with (along with the account numbers?)

    what about phone numbers?

thanks.. I am planning on sending my Validation letters out to the CAs monday..

I personally would not sign ANYTHING!

It's too easy to photoshop a signature onto any document these days.

A number of people feel the same way.

    Ahh.. thanks for the tip....

although will not singing it not make my document "legal"... Could they decide to ignore it since it wasn't sign? (I am in the military and every piece of paperwork requires a signature)

Well, I did 22 years and it's taken 11 years of retirement to get out of the habit of doing things "just because", although I wasn't much of a follower in the military to begin with! LOL!

Must have been that hat thing!

This is not the military. NO.
Don't give them any phone numbers so they can use the phone to harass or trick you.

If you send validation to a CA put anonymous for your name and if they fail to send validation sue em.
