What reports do I need for court?

    Trying to pull all of my financial reports and files together for court. I've got the big 3, chex system, and scan. Still waiting for innovis. Are there any other check/specialty cra's you can think of?

    without going into too much detail - what are you going to court over so we can better assist?

    Hey Jenz2.0,

    Look at the thread entitled "Telecheck Runaround"
    (I don't know how to do the link thing, sorry).

    Basically, I need to get all of my bank statements, credit reports and specialty reports together for court. Up until a few years ago, I never heard of Telecheck, and don't know how many other check reporting companies are out there. So, if you know of any other check reporting agencies (got chex and scan, very quickly, like within 4 days of the request)please let me know so I can order my reports from them also. Thanks for your help.
