creditnet posters had? I have seen alot of talk about going the small claims route but I wonder how many have actually had to do that. Any good successes or failures? How have most of your cases gone, offers to settle before court date, or have they ignored you completely and allowed default judements? Has the copy of a lawsuit without filing actually worked or do the CRA's ignore that like everything else? I was just curious about what experiences others have had. I may be filing my first one shortly and wonder what to expect. It would be nice to have feel of the land before jumping in.
