What should I do?

First of all I would like to say that you all really have it together as far as knowing the "ins and outs" of credit repair. I'm a "newbie" so bear with me. For a long time I was always under the impression that you had to have perfect credit in order to buy a home, but now I've learned that's not the case. Unfortunately for me I didn't really think about good credit when I was younger and now it's come back to haunt me because my wife and I would like to purchase a home but I have a few things on my credit that's making it difficult. I have one account where there are about 3 payments 90 days late and have about 3 more accounts where I have 1 payment 30 days late on each and I was just how difficult it is to have those items deleted by talking to the creditors and how should I approach them if I do?

    Welcome to the board dino.

From what you've provided above, it seems as if your credit is not so bad after all. I have some questions for you:

Have you pulled all three of your credit reports?
Do you know your scores? If so, do you mind posting them?
Am I correct in saying you have no collection accounts and no charge offs?

Now, as far as those 1 time 30 day late pays, you could start by simply disputing the account through the CRA as "never late". And see where that takes you. Doc has written a letter called "goodwill adjustment", basically from what I can recall it is for creditors who you have a long term relationship with where you had 1 or 2 late pays over a long period of time and you are asking them to remove them as a "goodwill adjustment".
