I file my chp7? I have some accounts from 1996 thru 1998 that are currently shown as charge off. The sol here is 7 years. So once I file my chp7 does the sol begin again from now, or should those accounts drop off 7 years from the original 1996 thru 1998 dates? also, does anyone know what the accounts should say after filing chp7, for example "included in bankruptcy" or something like that?
