picking up mail?I am being sued and sent them the validate letter, but it's been almost 30 days and they haven't picked up the registered mail.If I don't respond within 30 days they will find a judgement.(says it in th summons)It's way past SOL so I really want to fight back.Today, I sent it registered again, plus did 2 day priority.(30 days are up in 4 days)What should I do now?I sent a copy to the county clerk's office and it's the only thing in the file besides the summons. If they don't sign for it can they still find a judgement?

If the SOL has run, that is your defense. State that on the reply to the summons and quit messing around with validation letters. If you didn't request validation prior to the suit being filed, that's not going to stop the legal proceeding.
