I've been reading up here for a few months, trying to get as much information as I can. In January, I disputed 2 trade lines with TransUnion. One came back Deleted and the other was Verified; No Change. The one that was verified was a Kaufmann's account. Tonight, I received a phone call from someone I did not recognize. Thinking she was a telemarketer when she asked for Amy, I said that "she" was not home. The lady then proceeds to tell "me" that Amy needs to call right away on this very important matter. In fact, Amy needs to call by tomorrow or else she is going to have to show up in court. I get the copy of my TransUnion report that was sent to me last week. Kaufmann's pulled my credit 2/2003; the account was in dispute for almost hte entire month of February. Isn't this a violation as well? What should I do now? Thanks!
No, I was sure it would come back Deleted; honestly I don't know what they even used to verify it. Oh wait, they pulled my CR, so they used that to "verify".
