Hello Everyone... I know I've seen this posted before..but I must ask this question... Rec's Equifax dispute today...On the 1st page "Result of your investigation" shows that a CA was deleted, which I disputed...however on the 2nd page "Credit Account Information" it shows the same CA that was deleted with "Cunsumer Reinvestigation in Process" What's going on???Is this deleted or not??? Should I make a copy and send to CRA stating that this CA was deleted in the first place?
EstherC I had the same problem with EQ....I made a copy and highlighted the TL that show deletion and send it to EQ certified mail..... That should work....
Esther I would do the above but I would also remind them that they need to cloak or "suppress" the TL so that it does not appear again. I understand that to be their legal obligation.
