   I disputed a bunch of accounts on EX and EQ ( wrong balance, duplicate accounts, included in the BK) and they all came back verified,still reporting the same as before my dispute.
   
   What should I do next? Send them a procedure request letter or try to call them and explain?

   Definitely send the procedure request letter. They've verified accounts that I know they couldn't have actually verified with anyone. Like duplicated accounts, accounts that the creditor tells me they have no record of and would be happy to delete. Wrong wrong wrong!
