Providian debt resulted in judgement; eventually settled with Providian - judgement satisfied. During that period the Providian debt was purchased or transfered to Chase. Currently, my Experian report reflects the Chase account (formerly Providian) as open with a substantial balance, past due, etc. I've disputed the debt with Experian and it came back verified even after explaining the "above info". Need recommendations on my next course of action. Thank you,
