What to do?

We are in a very tough situation and do not know what to do. We are late (90+) days on almost all of our credit cards (9 of them). We have about 3 of them that are in good standing. We are one month behind on our mortgage and each car (2 of them). Our car we bought in March and it already is worth about $10,000 less than we owe. The truck is worth more and we only have about 10 payments left. We have $20K in cc debt. My hubby was off work for almost a year and has now had a good job for one year. We had a baby and I just started working full time within the last 2 months.
Our realy problem is our house. We have a mortgage at 14.2% interest. We have not filed for bankruptcy - as of yet. We have talked to CCCS and debt settlement companies and they all say that we should file for bankruptcy. The interest rate is what is killing us. The late payments are not going to be rectified anytime soon, and we can't seem to be able to refinance.
Should we file for bankruptcy - or just wait it out for our tax refund to catch up? That is still 4 months off!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

You'd be better off directing this question to a bankruptcy forum like prarielaw.
