Just sent two ca's letters for validate. Now the ca's are calling again asking to speak with me. my roomate answered the phone and they asked if she was my wife and she said she was. they asked her for my ss# and she told them i would have talk to them. Why are they calling, and should i talk with them? thanking anyone who can help. One of the ca is Arrow Financial services.
Don't know the legal stuff, but I do know 2 things. 1. You asked for validation, they called you, and didn't give ya validation. 2. They called, and asked a stranger (stranger = not you), for YOUR social security number? Dat's an invasion of privacy ya? Arrow sucks, and NOOO, don't talk to them on the phone. Looks like they shoulda spent that time finding validation, instead of calling you. Hmm, I wonder if they're calling = they got nothing/validation? hehe
