What type of letter to use?

I have a listing that has been fully paid off but it's being reported incorrect in 2 out of 3 CRA. I've wrote a letter to the OC to have it either corrected or removed, and they replied saying that they are unaware of the inaccuries. The OC wants me to send them a copy of my credit report where it is inaccurate, and they will correct it. Since this account is inaccurate and has derogs on it i would rather attack the OC hoping they will just remove it.

How should i go upon this? Sent them a letter threatening to sue? Us Nutcase? It is not my job to correct their errors, nor my job to get my credit report to them so they could updated as Paid-Chargeoff or something like that. What is the best way to have it entirely remove. After reading some of Doc's comments, it looks like sending them prove would do me no good. Can i just demand them to correct it and provide no details, hoping they would just delete it so i could leave them alone. I think a Nutcase here would do me good...

    Anyone agree?

Have you tried just disputing it with the cra's? That sometimes does work. Just dispute as incorrect or not mine.
