Re: what would a near perfect I agree. My credit is almost like Momof3 states and this will get you probably in the mid 700's Fico score. I'm trying to get into the 800's but finding it very difficult. Anyone have any idea of how to get into the 800's?
Re: what would a near perfect I think someone stated on another board, that very few people reach that #. I think it was a car dealer or mortgage broker who stated they had only seen it once or maybe he/she said they had never seen it. Nevertheless, it is rare. You may drive yourself nuts trying to reach it. But, Good LUck!
