what would be the best step to take? let say you have requested a "Procedure Request" from a CRA, I know they 15days to provide you with the information.. if they failed to do so, what's the next step?
Personally, I would send them a letter letting them know they violated the FCRA by not providing procedures, restate your dispute, and see if they make the tradeline go away, so you go away. If they don't you have a larger papertrail of good faith efforts to resolve the issue before sueing
