    Got the same SCAM SPEAK when I asked for wife's interest rate to be lowered to 9.99%..."WE DON'T HAVE A LOWER RATE FOR YOU"

    I e-mailed back...you advertised all over the place 9.99%...Answer...BLAH~~~BLAH~~~BLAH.
    Qualify for rate with application~~~BLAH~~~BLAH~~~BLAH.

    "12.99% IS THE BEST"...F.D.I.C. VISA CAN LIE TO YOU???

    Nextcard refused to increase credit limit and they give me some lame excuse.
