I have a charge off with Diners Club. They ignored my ITS letter so I hit them with a SOAP letter and they changed the status from Charge Off to Now Paying.

This incorrect because I'm not paying it. They also reaged the status date so now it shows 1 more year before it comes off.

I have the EXP report to show it was reaged, but wondering what other ideas there are. I'm still trying for deletion so if I complain about the DOLA then it will look like I'm admitting it's my account.

    Any suggestions are helpful.

I would love to know the answer to this as well. I have things that were IIB but are now reaged as something else and are not scheduled to come off until several years after my BK (1996). Do things that were IIB come off after 7 years? I want to write a letter intenting to sue unless they delete. Thanks, Raine
