I've been struggling with credit repair for a year now and still can't seem to get where I want to be. I've tried calling supervisors, managers, etc. Nothing seems to work. I just pulled a new credit report and low and behold, my disputes are off and the bad debts are still there. Aside from stalking the company lobby, what's the best way to escalate this to a CEO?
It's very difficult to reach the CEO, you can send a Certified letter to the main address listed on their annual financial reports. Depending upon the company, you can try PlanetFeedback, many messages do go to the CEO/President (staff actually).
I have had luck sending serious letters via a company's Registered Agent - tends to bypass the front line grunts. YMMV
