What's the deal with Experian?

I have had some success in getting items deleted from both TU and Equifax, but for some reason Experian refuses to delete anything. Everything keeps coming back verified. Not only that, since I have started the disputing process they've inserted an additional derogatory account that is not even close to being mine. I feel that they are not really attempting to verify anything, because if they were, why would I not have the same results I am getting with the other two bureaus?

Am I the only one with this problem? Does any one have advice on effective ways to deal with Experian?

Of the 3 big, experian lies the most about verifying items. Be careful with them.

So do I just have to keep disputing? It's so frustrating!

I also have had difficulty disputing with Experian. I had recent success with online disputing. But, some of those deletions were probably due to my contacting the creditors directly.

Equifax was easy until recently--they seem less than generous with deletions these days.

I've also had the best results with Experian. In dealing with them, I've found the online dispute process through CreditExpert to work better and more quickly than sending C/RR mail.

In my case, Trans Union has been the worst. I've even faxed them documentation from the original creditor showing they will delete the account and they STILL insist on a 30-day investigation.

I had no luck with them through either mail or email. I got fed up a few weeks ago and called and got real mad. She took off about 15 items right then on the phone. All of it had just been verifiied by them. I think the key is to call and get very mad.
