    Hello again,

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between
a contract that is signed "under seal" and an ordinary contract with re; to the SOL?

    Thank you,

I don't think there is any difference, but I'm not a lawyer. The definition of contract under seal is as follows:

"contract under seal - a contract that is signed and has the (wax) seal of the signer attached"

Im either case I think a valid contract exists as long as it's signed by the two parties
