i got a two letters back from different collection company stating that they have completed their research and one of them stated they were unable to remove the late payment information reporting and the second one sent me a bill and a claim form (medical) on the form it states signature on file typed.

what is my next step? how can i continue to dispute this? or this is as far as i can go?

Was it forwarded from the original creditor or just transposed on to their internal letterhead? If the latter, that isn't proper.

You can dispute the tradelines on your reports, if any, through the credit reporting agencies. Pinpoint data fields that don't make sense.
