you ever applied for & got? (this question is prompted by the horrendous offers I am getting in the mail recently)
CCB. $200 limit, a bzillion fees and a $35 fee before they would even think about mailing the card. BTW, it was secured. I told them if an account ever showed up on my credit report, I cancelled after I didn't receive the card within 15 days of my application and subsequent approval, that I would sue their pants off. To date, nothing has appeared. Not even an inquiry.
