There a three questions when you order your TU report online. Each has four multiple choice answers. They usually refer to some loan you have on your report, such as a mortgage or a student loan, but almost always have the wrong opening date or wrong name or wrong monthly payment or opening balance. The last option to check, of the four answers, is "DOES NOT APPLY" or similar wording. I think I have ONE time answered a question without choosing "DOES NOT APPLY." That was probably the time TU locked me out for a week...
