Mine was dated 12-22-01. My score was 653 instead of 702 where it was yesterday. No changes to the report though -- I'm sure it's just a glitch.

I have not been able to get in for 15 days, except for one time. "They are working on the problem". They don't answer my email and don't have tech support call me. The tech guy I did talk to said there is a way to get into the site but it is too difficult for him to understand. They won't refund my money and won't fix it. I am beginning to think it is a ripoff.
I've been trying to log in all morning. For the 1st hour, the webpage didn't come up. Finally I got the temporarily down webpage. They need to hurry and fix it because I've got the shakes!!!
It is 10:25 Central time and it is still down. Still no answer from my email 15 days ago and no response to my five phone calls this week. Are they still in business?

I checked mine and I got in but the credit report is dated april 3rd. Their system is still acting funny.
I checked it about 3 PM central. Still not working. They are not responding to emails or phone calls. Are they going under?
Just called them again (sixth time this week). She had no explanation why it has not worked nor any reason why no one has gotten back to me since my first complaint 15 days ago. She gave me a full refund. I have had the service about six months. I really liked it and used it a lot, but the last two weeks ticked me off. I would not rccommend it to anyone unless they can get their problems worked out. Earlier in the week, I was told to cancel (no refunds allowed) and to sign up again at $79.99.
OK, I just logged on to CE, went through the entire process of disputing. It went along just fine. I was able to get to the point of submission but I didn't. Just wanted to test it. So it seems fine as of 6:15pm EST.
