What's your bias cert. mail or fax

    When sending validation letter to CA what is your preference sending it by cert. mail with return receipt requested or faxing it to CA.
    What do consider most efficient and effective ?

    for me, I want that paper trail...you fax it and they can say they never recieved the fax...if they sign that green card, they absolutely can not say that at all! Its CRRR for me. Costs a little, but its worth it.

    I agree. I fax it to stop them dead in their tracks from putting on my CR, then follow up CRRR.
