Okay, I may have mentioned in a previous post that I requested validation and these bozos sent 2 other customers information to me. Well I sent them a nice little packet and sent a nice little packet to NY State Attorney general and California AG. Well, when I checked my Equisux report the CA was missing. I am now on the war path with RMA. I just certified them a nice little letter on Friday for validation. I am going to also request another investigation with Equisux. I know that I will catch them in a violation. Thanks to Creditnet, I have removed 3 collection accounts from my reports. 1 paid, 1 settled and 1 just plain old not mine.
I just checked www.myfico.com and my Equisux has gone from 514 to 603 with this removal. This means I have an 89 point increase. Go figure. Since I am working on one credit report at a time, I should be somewhere at about 623 in the next six months for Equisux.
Re: Re: When CA screw up How old was this collection? And how much was it for? I have a collection that should come off with this dispute and I'm wondering if its going to make much of a difference. I hope it makes as much of a difference as your did!!! peace, delilah
Re: Re: When CA screw up This collection was in 1999. It was screwing me up big time. Now I just need it to come off of my Evil Experian.
