When can I dispute BK?

My BK 7 was discharged and closed this week. Equifax has an incorrect filing date listed, and I'm hoping this might be sufficient to get it deleted. Is there any strategy about when the best time is to try to delete a public record? Should I attempt right away or wait for it to age a bit?

    Thanks

Yes I know, but I don't want it to be too easy to veirfy the correct info - my understanding is that courthouses archive documents after a while, so my question is about whether I should wait to dispute it or go ahead now.

    Thanks

From my experience- your best (and almost only) window of opportunity is ASAP before the databases get updated. Do it as soon as they hit your report.
