In the past TU allowed you to pull a free report ONLINE if you had been denied credit or had some other adverse action taken as a result of their files. Does anyone know when this stopped? You now have to send in some form from the TU website to obtain a free copy of your report (again based on adverse action). What a total waste of time! Thanks.
It's just easier to call the toll free number (if you don't want them to have your phone #, call from a pay phone) go through the prompts and viola. The paper reports are nicer to have for a paper-trail anyhow.
