I plan to online dispute at least 6 bad accounts that I have on my CR. My question is should I dispute these all at one time or should I do them all at different time? (i.e. one today, one tomorrow, etc etc etc) I don't want it to seem frivolous if I'm all of a sudden throwing a bunch of disputes at the CRA...

in my situation I disputed all of them at once some were deleted and some remained.

the ones that remained, I had to contact the furnisher to get them removed

if the CA has no proof they have to delete the acct or if they no longer have the acct they can not verify it legally and must delete.

be careful when you request validation from a CA if you are within the SOL you must be prepared to act if they can fully validated. ( your chances are better when the debt is older as they may not have the proof)

if the acct is out of the SOL its a open field .

    Ok another question...

I'm about to go on equifax's website and dispute about 10 accounts. How should I do this?

here are some of the ones I'm disputing:

    BP/Citi
    High Credit: $625
    Balance: $0
    Past Due: $0
    Status: Charged Off/Transferred To Recovery

Note: with this one there is no balance and no past due yet it was charged off? how do I approach that one?

    Discover Financial Services
    High Credit: $0
    Balance: $0
    Past Due: $0
    Status: Charged Off/Transferred or sold

    Wachovia Bank
    High Credit: $0
    Balance: $430
    Past Due: $430
    Date of Last Activity: 9/2001
    Status: Charge-off

    Wachovia Bank
    High Credit: $0
    Balance: $0
    Past Due: $0
    Date of Last Activity: 5/2001
    Status: Charge-off

how can I have the same thign listed twice with 2 different numbers? and 2 different dates?? one $430 and the other $0??

In a nutshell the types of accounts I'm disputing are of nature of the ones above (except Wachovia). How should I handle these types?

Also when you have to say why you're disputing... should you always give a detailed explanation along with the general reason why?

    THANKS in advance!!
