When mailing to experian CRRR is it better to just send dispute to The texas address or to send it to the local branch....they go through southwest data (or something like that) in Phoenix. Which address is better?

While my experience w/ Experian is limited, (I sent the first dispute RRR, and followed it up w/ another dispute the next day, regular mail) I got FOUR deletions, one update, and one ignored. (will write a letter regarding that one today! Seems like that should be deleted also, eh ?)

I sent it to the TX address.

There seems to be some debate about sending the first dispute RRR. The letter I sent the following day via regular mail was one of the items deleted, so at this stage, I'm inclined to "keep it friendly" by sending regular mail. (That said, the RRR didn't seem to offend or "alert" them in the least.)
