how do you address the outside of the envelope?? Do you simply address it to the company via the address you use to make your payment? Or do you address it to a particular department??
Also, if I start with a Goodwill, and after several attempts get no satisfaction, should I then retreat to using the Nutcase series??? Would I lose ground by starting with the Goodwill and going to Nutcase if GW doesn't work???
    thanks

See if they have a special dept

If you can call and find out what dept handles the goodwill requests (also called credit reporting/dispute dept sometimes), you can make the trip to whom the letter should get to shorter.

If not, I would address it to customer service or an exec.

Addressing to the same address you send payments to would be my last resort. It may get pushed aside for weeks, months if not trashed.

So, I should call the number that I can use to find out my balance, etc and hit zero?? I don't have another phone number. These are two revolving accounts. One is paid with 10 delinquencies showing and "closed by credito grantor". The other is paid off and still open but has three delinquencies. thx
