Can anyone recommend the time period I should wait to dispute a paid collection that came back as verified? EX is the only CRA that verified this account. Thanks in advance for your response!
EX may not give you a second time EVER. You need to focus on developing a paper-trail and build a case where you can demand that it be re-investigated. Demand specific procedures as to how this specific dispute was performed, (they'll send you a generic form letter), keep at it, and emphasize that if they can't provide you with the specific procedures used for this specific dispute, you demand a complete re-investigation, and a detailed procedures report for that investigation, detailing exactly whom supposedly responded to that investigation.
