I'm going to send out some validation letters to a few CA's and I know I should have copies of all correspondence. I'm wondering does this mean I should photocopy the exact letter I send them or can I draft it on the computer and just keep a copy on disk?

You should photocopy the exact letter you send out.

Print 2 copies its easier. Also do not sign letters to CAs or creditors, use atyped signature block only.

What is a typed signature block?

Should it be used for CRA disputes too?
