RE: Where can I find such kind As I mentioned the other day further on in that same thread which Joe seems incapable of reading. There was, up until last month, a card that came very close. So, considering one company can do so, its not inconceivable that another may offer similar product or produce one in the near future. In the meantime the best secured card offer is First Consumers National Bank and the best absolute guaranteed to get it offer is by the Sterling.
