where do i find score answers?

    I have q's about bringing my score up like does a higher "most owed" than the "limit" on a credit card on my CRA file cost me points even if it's at 0 balance now? And does comment "account closed by consumer" mean the same as closed account?

    2*Closed account could be by creditor or by consumer.
