I sent dispute letters to a couple of OC's. It has been over 30 days with no response from them. They haven't report the accounts as disputed with the CRA's either. What letter do I send out now and who do I send it to?
Now you want to send them an estoppel letter. After two letters and they still don't respond, take the letters to the CRAs and ask them how the heck they are verifying.
Re: Re: where do I go from here? I did this with EX and also requested a procedural request. they claim they can't use my paperwork but will contact CA (I'm getting annoyed with getting these same letters). It's already marked as in dispute but also as 120+ days late. tboy
