I am filing in small claims against RMA. The office who has committed the violations is located in ID with corporate HQ in GA. I am located in AZ. I know I send the papers to the agent in AZ, but do I list the RMA office in ID as defendant or their corporate HQ in GA?
No - I am almost pretty sure that you need to find out who their registered agent of service is in AZ. Serve them that way. option 2 Serve them thru your Sec of State ... This might be a new approach hhhuuummm????
