I am sending validation letter to CA - does it get sent to a particular department/title or just to the CA? thanks for any advice!
Just a warning. Many of the CA's have a separate address for validations that they will give you if you call. They do not accept mail at this address so it will be returned to you undelivered. This has been debated here before. My opinion is that you send it to their regular address for payments, and mark on the envelope "payments department". The goal is to get them to accept it. If you do this, you are being totally honest. Others have suggested that you mark the envelope "payment in full". Some people object to this because you are being a little deceitful. I don't want to debate the moral issues, only report what has been said here before. The bottom line is to send it to the address where they accept payments and do not put anything on the envelope to indicate it is a validation.
