Okay - either I'm just missing it, or it really is not there. I had disputed 3 judgements with Experian. Two of them were from the same place, different account, but the same place. They verified one and deleted the other - you go figure! I then pulled my credit report from Privacy guard. I can not find anywhere on there where anything is listed as being disputed, however, when I go to Experian's website, there are some that say they are being investigated. Where do I go to see if they are indeed listed as disputed with the other two CRA's? Thank you ahead of time for all the help.
If you don't see it it hasn't been noted as in disput. Just because you dispute something that doesn't mean they will list it as in dispute on your reports . Hope this helps.
I have been under the impression that the CA does not have to list the debt as in dispute, but if they do not, then they can not continue to report it without providing you with verification.
