Ya know, after looking over all of this documentation, reviewing all of the laws, it is just my humble opinion that we can forget about the estoppel stuff. There is plenty of ammo in the FCRA, the FDCPA, defamation and contract laws which are much easier to cite. Again, just my opinion.
