There is a letter that goes out to the CA that has not validated saying basically to the CA that the CRA validated and I know they didn't. It's used to get the CRA to drop the TL - maybe by something the CA sends because they don't want to be accused in being involved in reporting to the CRA when they didn't. Am I making any sense?
