If you want a free guesstimate of your FICO scores, try creditkarma.com. The number should be relatively close to the real thing. If you want your real FICO scores, you'll have to either pay for them at myfico.com or sign up for FICO's free 10-day trial of Scorewatch, which will give you access to your FICO score as well.
