For those of you who were successful with Goodwill Letters to either Khols and BofA Credit Card, where did you send your letters and whom did you address? I am trying to get rid of some slow pays on otherwise good history. Thanks!
I haven't had a personal experience with this, but I would start with the addresses shown on your credit report. If you have no success after about 30 days, then I would go higher up the food chain and try again. You could always do a little "googling" and send it directly to the office of the CEO.
