Which address should I use?

    Midland Credit Management has like 4 different addresses. Which one should I use to sent the intent to sue letter?

    These are what I have:

    BOX 939019
    San Diego, CA 92193-9019

    MCM
    Department 8870
    Los Angeles, CA90084-8870

    Phoenix, AZ 85040

    I sent 2 letters to this address and received a response each time. The contact person there is Lyle Matthews and the fax number is 858-309-6977.

    My experience has been that they cannot validate(nor do they respond to CRA investigations). I disputed with the CRA's and it was deleted.

    I like it, right to the point! I had to send the Estoppel before I got a response from them. Good Luck!

    Thanks! I sent the 60 day letter as my 2nd letter. It quotes Englehardt v. Graves. I hope this gets their butts in gear.
