January 31st I disputed some items on my hubby's CR that he didn't recognize. He is a truck driver and was on the road when on of the items supposedly came about. It is a medical bill for a hospital in the town where he lived but like I said he was on the road six months at a time at that point. Anyway I tried disputing with the CRA and they verified. I then tried validation with the CA and then disputing at the same time with the CRA. Again verified with CRA and still no validation. I sent a letter explaining that they had violated and wanted the items deleted and I sent all communications with the CA to the CRA to show that they wouldn't validate. Still on the report. Now I want to sue. We were denied an auto loan so should I file in small claims or go for damages in Superior court? Any comments would be appreciated.

You can sue in any court of your choice.
