Erica, If you are thinking of disputing anything, Don't fax, they don't start investigations using Faxes.
It's a demand letter. I sent them a letter regarding reinsertion. In that letter I gave them 15 days to provide me certification. I have the green card that tells me they got it on 6/4/2002. I am now trying to fax them a letter telling them that they have 24 hours to delete the reinserted trades. I have another thread about the reinsertion....I think it's called "what do I do now???"
