An out-of-state law firm representing an OC has been calling and leaving messages daily for over a month. Debt is for $1000, within SOL. I sent a DV letter CMRR in November and they have not validated. All I get from them are phone calls... In the sample letters section, do I send the DV letter number 4 or a limited cease and desist? Thanks...
