CC's of course. They have the highest interest rate, and are more prone to sue, thus cretaing legal fees. Also, I think Medical is a little easier to deal with. I'd save those until last. However, what have you done to start your validation process. That may be the best place to start. ?
Try disputing the medial collections with the CRA's. I have had good success getting them to go away with a simple dispute. Also, most hospitals will work out monthly payment arrangements with you that you can fit in your budget. But Butch is right, pay the credit cards first. I am currently paying a hospital debt off in monthly installments at 0% interest. Sweet deal.
I'm concerned about contacting some of my old creditors (e.g. hospitals) because I'm afraid the old debt for a few hundred dollars may turn into several thousand dollars with interest and penalities.
